Our restaurant is a warm Thai welcome, situated in the center of Piraeus, the largest port of the country.
The Rouan Thai Restaurant’s operations and creations are all offered by an experienced group, with genuine ideas, genuine Asian dishes- genuine cuisine and genuine tastes. Thus we have rightfully earned our place in the Thailand Guide.
Ms. Marina Jitima is the owner and chef of the restaurant, along with her daughter Nok Jitima, graduate of the Thailand Cooking School. Ms. Marina Jitima has been living in Greece for the last 20 years, and has offered with her daughter’s help tastes of this exotic land. They make sure to maintain their recipes within the frames of the traditional Thai cuisine, without using standardized foods while carefully selecting their ingredients.
All the staff comes from Thailand. They all inspire kindness while offering their services with professionalism.
The restaurant is clean and well taken care of, with rigorous decoration of Asian origin, without any unnecessary ornaments. Purple, Thailand’s favorite color is the predominant color decorating the 70 square meter dining area, while the smoker’s and non-smoker’s sections are properly divided.
The restaurant’s client list is vast. It includes executives from companies in Piraeus and its surroundings, lawyers, insurers; both Asian and local customers from all over Attica; tourists from cruise ships or organized tours.
